One of the professions where burnout, which is a common problem in working life, is most common, is undoubtedly the teaching profession. Burnout has many negative effects on the teacher himself, his students, their parents, and the educational structure. The interaction of the professionally exhausted teacher with the student decreases in terms of quality and quantity, job satisfaction decreases, job performance weakens, reluctance to work and the desire to quit work. As a result, teachers experiencing burnout develop negative attitudes and behaviors towards work as physical and mental health problems arise.
