In the context of the theoretical dimension of teacher burnout, it is seen that a sufficient amount of research and research has been conducted locally and globally. It is seen that the professional burnout dimension of the studies conducted on burnout today stands out. It is possible to note that the increase in interest in education has a significant effect on the increase in studies related to professional burnout, especially in educational institutions. The aim of this study is to examine the factors that cause these burnouts by addressing the theoretical dimension of burnout of teachers working in the education system of our country..
