When the international and national literature is examined, it is seen that many studies have been conducted on the dimensions of the conceptual framework of teacher burnout. There is an increasing number of studies investigating the theoretical projections of the concepts of burnout, professional burnout and professional burnout in teachers, and this situation constitutes one of the focus of attention of the academic community. The aim of this study is to examine the conceptual framework of teacher burnout in our country's education system and to examine the studies conducted in parallel with this subject in the literature. is to comprehensively examine the factors affecting its cause and extent.
