Many changes can be made to make progress in educational institutions. Differences in education issues, creating an efficient environment in the education structure, fulfilling the needs of education more effectively, creating the knowledge, ability, movement and understanding that will meet the future social needs, laying the groundwork for the maintenance and development of personal and social life, transforming the society into a future-proof structure, changing the stages of change. It can be carried out with the aim of giving the knowledge, ability and comprehension power related to the administration. On the other hand, the main purpose of the structure of all this change is to make progress, to investigate the possibility of using the existing opportunities in the most efficient way, thus to channel the schools and processes in education in the right direction.
