The concept of organizational justice constitutes the whole of the perception of justice regarding the social and physical events that occur in the working life of the employees. This perception, which first emerged with Adams' theory of equality, is related to the effects on work efficiency as a result of the idea of equality that individuals feel by comparing themselves with their colleagues in the work environment. The effect of a fair business environment on employees and the relationship with all other criteria are investigated. Organizational justice describes the thoughts of those present in the organization about being treated fairly. Whether this perception is positive or negative affects many situations in the organization. The idea of the existence of justice in organizations is an important criterion for managers in revealing organizational goals. Key words: Educational Institutions, Organizational Justice, Organizational Injustice
