Currently, the pace of development of the oil industry requires a high return fromthe personnel service in the development of personnel at the enterprise. To workeffectively and maintain high positions in the oil production market, oil companies needreal professionals. For the successful development of enterprises, it is important toconduct an effective personnel policy. The content of the personnel policy is related toproviding the enterprise with highly qualified personnel, personnel development,organization improvement and labor stimulation [1]. The problems of personnel policy andstimulation of labor productivity, assessment of human potential and other issuesrelated to well-being and motivation for labor relations have been considered by manyauthors, and they are largely theoretical in nature and reflect various researchparadigms of the development of the world economy.In particular, E.B. Isakulov, S.M.Kopkin, V.P. Gorshenin, A.G. Gribov, Z.D. Lobachev, L.I. Lukicheva and others, considerthe personnel potential of an enterprise from the perspective of certain components, inwhich they address the issues of the role and place of a person in modern society,socio-psychological diagnostics and personnel certification in improving personnelpolicy, the effectiveness of their use and personnel management.
