IUD is one type of non-hormonal contraception and including long-term contraception are ideal in an attempt to space pregnancy. Post-placental IUD is an IUD fitted in 10 minutes after the release of the placenta in vaginal childbirth. The use of post-placental IUD in Bali is still relatively low, it is known from the 69 829 new acceptors throughout 2014 only 908 are being post-placental IUD acceptors. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of knowledge of pregnant women about post-placental IUD. Methods: This study uses descriptive method with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling technique total sampling with sample of 30 people who fulfill the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The collecting of data is by distributing questionnaires. Result: From the results study, the level of knowledge is known that the respondents who have good knowledge is 23.3%, quite is 30.0%, and less knowledgeable is 46.7%. Conclusions: The majority of respondents surveyed have less knowledge is 46,7 percent.
