To analyze differences in cervical cancer prevention behavior in non-performing female adolescents and who perform HPV vaccinations. A comparative descriptive design of two samples with a cross sectional approach. Respondents are as many as 140 young women. Sampling techniques use comparison group surveys. Statistical analysis uses Chi Square. The results showed there were significant differences in cervical cancer prevention behavior in non-performing female adolescents and who performed HPV vaccination (p-value 0.001). It is suggested female adolescents apply cervical cancer prevention behaviors other than HPV vaccination, as HPV vaccination alone does not guarantee a person protected from cervical cancer.
