The article describes the essence of the heuristic autodialog and discusses the methods of teaching it with the help of a mentor. There are the approach to the formation of a portrait of a solver’s virtual opponent, which arises in the process of solving a creative problem and ways of avoiding stereotypes that make it difficult to solve.
