The article analyzes the sphere of mortgage lending in Russia during the coronavirus pandemic, presents the dynamics of the number of mortgage loans and their volumes in 2020-2021, examines real estate in various regions from the point of view of the development of mortgage lending and defines the main directions of dev elopment of the sphere of mortgage lending in Russia.
