On the basis of the author’s model of the triad of legal facts, the problems of termination of powers through disqualification are considered. It is proposed to borrow the disqualification for committing unreasonable actions and to strengthen the private law consequences. The public reliability of the register of disqualified persons, according to the author, will make the execution of the disqualification more effective. In this article, the author has made an attempt at scientific analysis and critical understanding of the order of disqualification of a manager for admitted administrative offenses.
