The article says that nowadays it is necessary to have informatics competence and informatics culture to estimate the quality of information. The author thinks that the informatics competence supposes the skill of working with information in the most different size, to look for relevant information, to estimate the quality of informatics source. So as too simple or too complex statement can impede perception of information and reduce the motivation of learners.
