Currently, academic loads, emotional changes place high demands on the body of schoolchildren and students, which is not a favorable change in the body and leads to a deterioration in health, a decrease in working capacity and adaptive capabilities. This increases the psycho-emotional impact in the learning process, associated with a high learning load, the complexity of the material and the peculiarities of the psychological state.
