An effective mechanism for solving socially significant infrastructure problems, both in Russia and abroad. The form of interaction between the state and business can significantly increase the investment attractiveness of the infrastructure facilities being created by reducing the time of their construction, increasing the efficiency of their functioning, as well as reducing both budgetary and private expenses.
