This paper explores how society creates and affect woman being in society and in history. The article claims that films represent/reflect social ideology for this reason films have important codes about society and their ideology. In this sense representation of women is always problematic. This paper examines films may represent this kind of memories and include these social pains with representation of women in society. In this perspective, Germany, Pale Mother is a film that represents sounds and images of war and a lonely woman’s pain with her daughter. It means that film is about personal memory of pale mother and her daughter in perspective of social history/memory. In this paper, I want to analyze narrative style of representation of women in perspective of personal memory and her pain.
