The very concept of the principle of writing needs to be clarified in today's context. This is due to the fact that the principle of writing is a necessary moment for the correct solution of controversial issues in writing. That is, a number of things that were once contradictory in writing as a result of the chosen principle of writing, have now fully formed and become a habit that does not cause difficulties in writing. However, of course, it cannot be said that the complexities of the Kazakh writing system have been completely resolved. From this point of view, it is obvious that the controversial issue in today's Kazakh writing is associated with the writing of foreign words.
