The article deals with some features of religious identities and as a form of significant culture, which characterize essence of the objective reflection of the world. Includes the meaning of origin and the goals of confrontation with human history. This is the origin of history and its purpose in the development of the culture of the nomads of the Great Steppe. The peculiarities of the region are comprehensively considered in the unity of processes: historical, economic, political, structural and cultural transformation, starting from the primitive society. The main attention is paid to the theoretical development of the process of evolution of nomadic culture as one of the unique enclaves of different civilizations; identification of the origins of statehood and consolidation of tribal structures in the structural community. And it is expressed in everything, outlook and world view.
