The article describes the demographic development of the new independent countries of Central Asia, its specificity and similarity. Analyzing the direct impact of the political, economic and social development of Central Asia on the demographic situation in the country after the collapse of the USSR, the factors influencing the stabilization of migration processes in the country as a result. .
