The article is devoted to the application of Bloom taxonomy in education according to the current new content of education. The nature and advantages of using Bloom’s goals in higher education are considered. The important aspects of the goals for students were identified which are indicated in the technology, such as knowledge, understanding, application, analysis, synthesis and evaluation. The practical effectiveness of lectures and seminars on the course was revealed in the view of the above-mentioned goals. The study which was carried out in accordance with such principles as, scientific, systematic, consistency, consciousness and visibility was also noted in the purpose of the versatile development of students and how it affected the educational and cognitive level of students. It is revealed that in general the complex application of Bloom’s goals in teaching of theoretical and methodological problems gives certain results. It is also concluded that we can use them not only to form theoretical knowledge of students, but also to contribute to the discovery of creative potential.
