This article examines the educational institutions of the cities of Moscow and Leningrad in the history of training Kazakh specialists in the Soviet period, the features of training Kazakh specialists in Soviet higher educational institutions. The author on the basis of archival materials clearly demonstrated the organization and development of national education and training of new ideologically Mature personnel.
