The relationship of human and technology have been found in every civilizations phase. Technology has given a pace to the modernizations of society. As human civilization has moved and developed, means of communication have grown together. Communication started through pictures in caves. Symbols and pictures were the media to express thoughts, notions and activities of that period. People begin developing technology from the objects they use in their daily life. After the origin of the state, a new communication medium has made it realizes its existence.
