PENINGKATAN PRESTASI DENGAN REWARD SISWA MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI 2 BREBES

This best practice discusses increasing student achievement with rewards at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Brebes. In this activity, the best practices were obtained, including the level of achievement of the students of MAN 2 Brebes before the awarding of prizes to students who excel in only a few, in the amount of only tens for each semester. The form of reward given by MAN 2 Brebes is in the form of achievement scholarships, in which in practice these rewards are sourced from the madrasa itself, and some are also sourced from the UPZ of the Ministry of Religion of Brebes Regency. The rewards given are in the form of cash along with souvenirs, some are in the form of free monthly fees and madrasa infaq. Giving rewards to MAN 2 Brebes students who excel in both academic and non-academic achievements can increase the level of achievement very rapidly, which in the process gives its own value for the students of MAN 2 Brebes as a whole.ABSTRAKBest practice ini membahas tentang peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa dengan reward di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Brebes. Dalam kegiatan ini didapatkan beberapa praktik yang terbaik diantaranya adalah tingkat prestasi siswa-siswi MAN 2 Brebes sebelum dilaksanakannya pemberian reward kepada siswa-siswi yang berprestasi cenderung biasa saja, dalam artian hanya dalam jumlah puluhan saja untuk setiap semesternya. Bentuk Reward yang diberikan oleh MAN 2 Brebes yakni berupa beasiswa prestasi, yang mana dalam pelaksanaanya reward ini bersumber dari madrasah sendiri, dan juga ada yang bersumber dari UPZ Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Brebes. Adapun reward yang diberikan ada yang berupa uang tunai beserta souvenir, ada juga yang berupa bebas biaya bulanan dan infaq madrasah. Pemberian reward kepada siswa-siswi MAN 2 Brebes yang berprestasi baik prestasi akademik maupun non akademik dapat meningkatkan tingkat prestasi yang sangat pesat, yang mana dalam prosesnya memberikan nilai tersendiri bagi siswa-siswi MAN 2 Brebes secara keseluruhan.
