UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU DALAM MENYUSUN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN MELALUI APLIKASI BUKU KERJA GURU DI MIN 7 TAPIN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2021-2022

In this case, the researcher as the head of the madrasa made efforts to improve teacher performance in compiling learning tools through the teacher's workbook application. The type of research conducted in the form of Madrasah Action Research conducted at MIN 7 Tapin at the beginning of the odd semester of the 2021-2022 academic year with the research subject of 34 teachers with 9 males and 25 females. From the results of the study showed an increase in teacher performance in compiling learning tools based on teacher workbook applications. In cycle 1, teachers who can complete learning tools with good categories in the component workbook 1 are 10 people (29%), workbook 2 are 8 people (24%), workbook 3 are 9 people (26%), and workbooks 4 totaling 8 people (24%). In cycle 2, there was an increase in the components of workbook 1 amounting to 13 people (38%), workbook 2 amounting to 12 people (35%), workbook 3 totaling 13 people (38%), and workbook 4 amounting to 11 people (32% ). For the very good, complete, and systematic category in the workbook 1 component there are 8 people (24%), workbook 2 totaling 6 people (18%), workbook 3 totaling 5 people (15%), and workbook 4 totaling 6 people (18%). In cycle 2 there was an increase for the component of workbook 1 amounting to 10 people (29%), workbook 2 amounting to 8 people (24%), workbook 3 amounting to 9 people (26%), and workbook 4 amounting to 10 people (29% ). Based on the analysis of the results of the study, mentoring, high motivation, and good cooperation can improve teacher performance through the application of teacher workbooks in the preparation of learning tools for madrasa progress, especially in the field of teacher administration.ABSTRAKDalam hal ini peneliti sebagai kepala madrasah melakukan upaya meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran melalui aplikasi buku kerja guru. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan berupa Penelitian Tindakan Madrasah yang dilaksanakan di MIN 7 Tapin pada awal semester ganjil Tahun Pelajaran 2021-2022 dengan subjek penelitian 34 orang guru dengan 9 orang laki-laki dan 25 orang perempuan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kinerja guru dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi buku kerja guru. Pada siklus 1 guru yang bisa melengkapi perangkat pembelajaran dengan kategori baik pada komponen buku kerja 1 berjumlah 10 orang (29%), buku kerja 2 berjumlah 8 orang (24%), buku kerja 3 berjumlah 9 orang (26%), dan buku kerja 4 berjumlah 8 orang (24%). Pada siklus 2 mengalami peningkatan untuk komponen buku kerja 1 berjumlah 13 orang (38%), buku kerja 2 berjumlah 12 orang (35%), buku kerja 3 berjumlah 13 orang (38%), dan buku kerja 4 berjumlah 11 orang (32%). Untuk kategori sangat baik, lengkap, dan sistematis pada komponen buku kerja 1 berjumlah 8 orang (24%), buku kerja 2 berjumlah 6 orang (18%), buku kerja 3 berjumlah 5 orang (15%), dan buku kerja 4 berjumlah 6 orang (18%). Pada siklus 2 mengalami peningkatan untuk komponen buku kerja 1 berjumlah 10 orang (29%), buku kerja 2 berjumlah 8 orang (24%), buku kerja 3 berjumlah 9 orang (26%), dan buku kerja 4 berjumlah 10 orang (29%). Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian tersebut dengan pendampingan, motivasi yang tinggi, dan kerjasama yang baik bisa meningkatkan kinerja guru lewat aplikasi buku kerja guru dalam penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran untuk kemajuan madrasah terutama dalam bidang adminstrasi guru.
