Even though the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)technologies have been significantly addressed inmanagerial literature, few studies investigated theeffects of digital literacy. This study aims to explorethe relationship between digital literacy and ERPtechnology adoption in Bosnia and Herzegovina(BiH), as well as the mediating effects of businessinnovativeness within that relationship. A valid andreliable structured survey has been prepared anddelivered to companies in BiH which use ERPtechnologies. Based on the recent literature, firstorder structural equation model has been proposedand tested. The empirical data was based on 82questionnaire responses from companies in BiHwhich use ERP technologies. Once the data has beencollected, factory data analysis has been performedto purify scales through items' loadings andCronbach's Alpha values. The resultant scales havebeen tested for convergent validity through partialleast-square path modelling using Smart PLS 3software. The results indicated that effects of digitalliteracy on actual system use are significant andpositive, and that business innovativeness partiallymediates the relationship.
