As of March, the Covid-19 pandemic is still hitting Indonesia, this pandemic has a negative impact on Indonesian education, especially in the early childhood education level. The learning process, which initially turned into distance learning, is proof of the real impact of Covid-19. To achieve optimal learning objectives, different learning strategies are needed. Therefore, the aim of this study is to examine the implementation of early childhood learning strategies in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were teachers and pupils. The data technique used interviews and observations. Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data by triangulation of techniques and sources. The application of learning strategies carried out by teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic with bold and offline learning. Bold learning using social media in the form of YouTube and WhatsApp, while offline learning involves group home visits. Offline learning to cover learning deficiencies that has several problems.   Keywords: Strategic, online, ofline
