To our knowledge, the prevalence of pistol-grip deformity (PGD) has not previously been studied in patients with axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA). This study aimed to evaluate PGD prevalence in patients with axSpA and to assess its relationship with the clinical and demographic factors.
