We all have been surprised and, often, amused by the endless and innovative reasons for starting a lawsuit. Today, we will take a light-hearted look at an old and familiar accident. None of the witnesses are living. The only evidence we have is one, twenty-seven-word accident report. Let us fantasize how this case might look in court. I will read the accident report so we may all reacquaint ourselves with this old, well-known accident. Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall, Humpty Dumpty had a great fall. All the kings horses and all the kings men couldnt put Humpty Dumpty together again. We are all familiar with this story, I am sure.
