The article discusses the effective integration of ICT in education based on UNESCO recommendations. The substantial component of the methodological system is digital transformation. The matrix structure of ICT-competencies is considered. A matrix of professional development of a modern specialist in the field of ICT-competencies is proposed, in accordance with the recommendations of UNESCO, which is aimed at improving work, allowing to advance to international positions within the EAEU and the CIS.
