The article presents some issues of the environmental code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and measures for environmental protection, requirements for them, characteristics of obligations of nature users who produce emissions to the environment and types of environmental offenses with joint analyses on the topic of industrial environmental monitoring of the environment, as well as the procedure for measures by the environmental protection plan.
