In this paper, the influence of the daikon feeding area on the formation of root crops in early spring cultivation in film unheated greenhouses without artificial illumination in the conditions of Moscow in 2017-2019 and the costs of producing seeds of inbred daikon lines when grown through queen cells in film greenhouses of the Moscow region are considered. An isogenic pair of daikon lines was used in the work: No. 1Ms - sterile line, No. 1ZK - sterility fixator line. The feeding areas were studied, allowing to obtain a large number of queen cells with the most developed approbation signs. A comparative analysis of the cost structure for the production of queen cells by the "greenhouse-field" and "field-greenhouse" systems shows that when using the first, they decrease by 3 times.
