Educational multi-ethnic system of training future bachelors and masters of social work

Встатье раскрыта сущность подготовки специалистов по социальной работе с учетом особенностей полиэтнической образовательной среды вуза, а также региона. Подготовка будущих бакалавров и магистров социальной работы основывается на ведущих целевых компонентах национальных проектов Российской Федерации, ориентированных на развитие человека и его потенциала, который измеряется с помощью индекса человеческого развития (ИЧР) (Human Development Index (HDI). В содержании статьи определены целевые ориентиры организации образовательного процесса будущих бакалавров и магистров социальной работы; выявлены основные принципы и ключевые компоненты системы подготовки, которые включают образовательную полиэтническую систему, ориентированную на глобальные, национальные и личностные интересы и развитие потенциала человека; целенаправленный процесс формирования компетенций будущего специалиста как субъекта социальной работы; вариативную основную образовательную программу, проектирующую индивидуальную образовательную стратегию подготовки студента с учетом условий вуза и геополитических, этнокультурных, исторических и социально-экономических условий региона.
