The article deals with the problem of formation of the information paradigm of anti-terrorist security in the modem information society. It is determined that special features of the information society require optimal anti-terrorism policies and, in addition to combating terrorism, continuous monitoring, consistent reduction of risks and threats of terrorism, preparation of civilians for their occurrence and elimination of consequences.Key words: terrorism, security, anti-terrorist security, subject area of anti-terrorist security, social-information tech-nology.
