The article describes the design of a grid-based device for measuring the parameters of charged microparticles (micrometeoroids). The main attention is paid to the issues of calculating the errors in measuring the charge, mass and velocity of such microparticles. A 3D model of the device was developed and calculated ratios were carried out to calculate the arameters of charged microparticles.
