This research aims to clarify the preferences of Imam Al-Bayhaqi in his book Al-Khilafiyat on the Chapter of Fasting. I studied them in a comparative jurisprudence study. Stating the weight of Imam Al-Bayhaqi (may God have mercy on him), if the issues of the Imam amount to more than a hundred issues of the third pillar of Islam.
