En este artículo se analiza la modificación del artículo 1359 del Código Civil, así como los cambios de las reglas sobre nulidad del acto jurídico, realizadas por la entrada en vigencia del Decreto Legislativo N.° 1384. El autor concluye que dicho cambio normativo ha sido perjudicial para el sistema jurídico peruano.Abstract: this article analyzes the modification of article 1359 of the Civil Code, as well as the changes to the rules about nullity in the legal act, made by the entry into force of Legislative Decree N.º 1384. The author concludes that this regulatory change has been harmful to the Peruvian legal system.
