Organizational culture exists in all organizations, including highereducation institutions (HEIs), and it has a strong impact on the morale andpsychological state of the employees, labor productivity and motivation. EachHEI has its own organizational culture, which shapes the peculiarities of thegiven HEI. Organizational culture is a moral-psychological atmosphere, a setof spiritual-material values, symbols, norms, standards, informal rules,beliefs, customs and traditions, rituals, ceremonies and slogans.Organizational culture is contingent to the given HEI, and it is reflected in itsorganizational-managerial features, organizational behavior and interactions.Organizational culture is considered as a powerful strategic tool thatallows any HEI to mobilize the initiatives and efforts of employees, ensureloyalty and facilitate communication.
