In the modern world, in the process of complex functioning and vitalactivity of a person and society, various life conditions increasingly arise, inparticular, difficult life situations which have a crisis or traumatic, includingvictimogenic character for the people who find themselves in them. Ananalysis scientific literature shows that the risk factors that contributeindividual to become a victim in victimogenic situations can be different. In this article, the author examines fairly widely studied objective factorsthat in one way or another can lead to further victimization of the individual inspecific victimogenic situations. Particularly, environmental factors andfactors of the social environment that do not depend on the individual: suchas natural - climatic conditions, disasters and macro - social determinants -society and the state.
