In this paper, we consider the application of network coding(NC) for network management system ofRadio and Television Broadcasting Stations in wireless network using a narrow band radios modem&Routers ) as a means of transmission to communicate between the loins broadcast TV/FM stations . Ourmain contribution is the application of NCimprovedby the proposed an effective strategy, called FastForwarding Strategy (FFS) compared to a classical routing strategy with a level of providing guarantees ofservice quality (QoS) expressed in terms of reducing the End-to-End Delays (EED) from source todestination. The practical and theoretical study, carried out by the authors, show that the EED of proposedstrategy outperforms that of the classical strategy
