The users who use ready to use software product had\ud better get the products’ quality \udinformation with classified by some kind of global \udstandard metrics or technique for their \udevaluation. But many of those software products’ co\udmpanies don’t provide the quality \udinformation because of the products are developed b\udy their own development and evaluation \udprocess. But those users want to get quality inform\udation to reduce evaluation cost. Therefore, \udwe develop our quality evaluation process with usin\udg quality characteristics of software \udexternal quality model on ISO/IEC 9126-1 for our so\udftware products. This evaluation process \udhas feature of unsynchronized quality evaluation pr\udocess toward development process. Also, the \udprocess starts from definition of classified qualit\udy requirement based on quality sub-\udcharacteristics at test planning process to quality\ud analysis at test completion process under \udsoftware development cycle. We provide precise qual\udity data of our product for our users \udthrough this evaluation process and the process mig\udht be reduced cost of our customers’ \udevaluation
