Main research criteria: operating time, rate of conversion to open surgery, intra- and postoperative complications, postoperative survival rate…Results: 127 patients with adenocarcinoma of right colon were treated by laparoscopic right colectomy. The rate of conversion to open surgery is 17,3%. Mean of duration of procedure: 138.5 ± 40.1 minutes (60 – 250). The number of removed nodes is 12.64 ± 6.23 (4 – 43). No peri-operative complications.
