Measurements of velocity in near-Earth heliosphere were analized in order to investigate systematical deection fromtransversality of velocity uctuations in solar wind. Deections of two kinds have been considered. One of them is char-acteristic of uctuations occured in azimuthal plain of heliosphere, while another is inherent in uctuations occurred inmeridional plain during minima of solar cycle.
