IMPLEMENTASI MODEL TIMBANGAN PADA PRAKTIK JUAL BELI PINANG DALAM PERSPEKTIF ISLAM

The backgroud of this reseach is started from the point of view of the public abaout the practice of weighing Pinang Kampoeng Laut in the region. In practice if observed cerefully there some things in the process og weighing and the buying and selling of were in syari’ah law. Qualitative reseach methods that were used is descriptive namely expressed and describe, namely narrative elaborate on from the reseach in the field. The reseach result show that the practice in Kampung Laut weighing, Kecamatan Kuala Jambi, Tanjung Jabung Timur conducted using the sitting and practice from weighing occouring between farmers and Toke Pinang it where there are cutting the number and in economic. Peoples in trade and in their district of eastern cape not conforming to the rules of islam,economic perspective because not obey the rules in trade and contary to the koran as a sorce of islamic law
