O estudo apresenta como objeto proposições superadoras para o ensino da ginástica na escola, a partir da organização do trabalho pedagógico – trato com conhecimento. Visa explicitar possibilidades de alteração do trabalho pedagógico, no trato com conhecimento da ginástica na escola, a partir de uma pesquisa qualitativa analisando as obras: Coletivo de Autores (1992), Almeida (2005), Ayoub (2007) e o Livro Didático Público de Educação Física do Paraná (2006). Os resultados possibilitam reconhecer que, apesar das contradições evidentes, é possível contribuir para alterar o trabalho pedagógico a partir de determinados princípios e proposições superadoras no trato com o conhecimento da ginástica.The study presents as an object propositions overcoming for the teaching of thegymnastics in the school, from the organization of the pedagogic work – treatmentwith the knowledge.
