The article approaches the management process and the implication in the construction of the organization’s memory.  It presents the relevance of the knowledge in an organization and the mischief caused when they are not incorporated to the memory of the organization. The management of the process by organizing and systematizing the works, and for that, it permits the dissemination of the knowledge inside the organization, so much for the individuals or for the repositories. And finally, it presents the process of the agreement in the Intergestores Bipartite Commission, Forum of negotiation and decision-making between the State and Municipal Agents of the SUS
