The palletizing layout affects directly the company’s costs and logistics efficiency, because with an optimal layout is possible to reduce the number of truck loading to meet the same demand. Therefore, this paper is a case study, showing the actual scenario of soybean oil manufacturing company, to propose a packaging study which will define the optimal dimensions for the package and palletizing. The reached results show a 25% pallet capacity increase, as well as a 25% reduction of the number of truck loading necessary to meet the demand.
