In this paper, we introduce a Finsler space which the curvature tensor satisfies the birecurrence property in sense of Cartan. We obtain the necessary and sufficient condition for some tensors to be birecurrent. The relationship between the curvature tensor and Douglas tensor have been studied. Also, some results in a projection on indicatrix with respect to Cartan connection have been discussed.
