In this research paper, the effort is made to find out the association between the demographic factors and overall service quality in Valsad city. 170 respondents of HDFC Standard Life insurance co. ltd. have been considered by applying convenience sampling method. For this purpose, statistical tools such as Mean, Mann Whitney U test, and Kruskal-Wallis Test were used. From the analysis it has been concluded that there is a significant difference in the Mean Rank of overall customer satisfaction level and gender of respondents, age of respondents and income of respondents.
