Motivation is the word derived from the word “Motive”, which potential needs, desires or wants inside the individuals. Motivation is an inner feeling. It is the technique of stimulating humans to moves to accomplish the goals. The technique of motivation consists of three stages: A felt wants or drive. A stimulus in which desires have to be aroused, When wants are satisfied, the pride or accomplishment of goals. Therefore, we can say that motivation is a psychological phenomenon which means wishes and needs of the people have to be tackled through framing high-quality recommendations it will grant personnel for better performance. Every superior in the organization need to motivate his subordinates for the proper kinds of behaviour.
