As we know a business has many customers and these customers may have a lot of queries. It is hardly possible for a customer representative to attend every customer personally. Hence a conversational AI is used to provide a simple and efficient solution and provide a human like experience to the user. The project aims to develop a Conversation AI program that can help the business handle different types of queries the customers may have. Even people who know a little about a computer or a smart phone can easily use this AI. This product in saves the resources and time of the business and also eases the customers.
