In this project we are implementing the E-FIR (First Information Report) system with chatbot integration for the public use. Because number of cases are increasing day by day and looking at the current situation of COVID-19 we have decided to implement the ONLINE portal. It is also, designed to bridge the gap between the police and the common people. Generally, many crimes are seen by the citizens but most of the crime are not registered due to the tedious and hectic process. In this project we are implementing the easiest way so that people can register their compliant easily, for that we have introduced the chatbot for registering the complaint or we can also choose the option given in the chatbot to register the complaint. We can also, monitor the registered complaint that we have done. For this we are using the Cloud Computing which can help Government to speed up in rolling out of e-Governance projects and to reach out it to a larger number of people in a short period. Since, Government is putting a lot of effort towards Information Technology (IT) for cost shrinking and making it available for all the citizens equally in urban and rural areas. It entails use over the Internet of computing hardware, software and network infrastructure and the main thing is the applications are hosted remotely. By using this, the current system user’s information will be kept confidential and only users complain will be forwarded to the nearest police station. The main web application will be maintained by the admin from the police station.
